Sam Sparro Live LoungeSam Sparro made a great debut appearance in Radio 1’s Live Lounge during the Jo Whiley show on Friday the 11th of April. He first played a funky version of Black and Gold live, followed by the current UK number one, American Boy, by Estelle featuring Kanye West.

Along with the two live tracks there’s a great interview with Sam, in which Jo Whiley and Sam discuss everything from Sam’s dad, Chaka Khan, living in USA, Australia and the meaning behind the lyrics of Black and Gold.
